Seirus Innovations created a skull liner designed to keep the heat in and moisture out. The kinetic outer layer Amplifies your body temperature by 5 degrees normally lost from your head. 

The Reflective inner layer returns 20% of your head heat and returns it to you to keep you warmer. 

This skull liner fits underneath hard hats, layers under other hats, or can be worn by its self.
